By using EasyResize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

EasyResize is an AI-powered image resizing tool that uses outpainting to extend images to new dimensions. The service is provided on a credit-based model with both free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Credits and Payments

  • One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • One-time credits do not expire. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Use automated tools to excessively burden the service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. You own the AI-generated output images produced by the service. EasyResize does not claim any rights to your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

EasyResize is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. AI outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
